Brian Frons is an American TV executive who holds a Master of Science degree in Communications from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the State University of New York at Fredonia.

The Disney-ABC Television Group named Frons the president of the newly-created Daytime, Disney-ABC Television Group in May 2006. The promotion elevated Frons from his position as head of ABC Daytime, a position he has served in since August 2002.

In his capacity as president of ABC Daytime, Frons was responsible for the development, marketing, production and promotion of all ABC Daytime properties, which include All My Children, General Hospital, One Life to Live, and The View.
