Odostomiinae, Odostomia snails and their allies, is a taxonomic subfamily of minute parasitic sea snails. These are marine heterobranch gastropod mollusks, or micromollusks, in the family Pyramidellidae.

In addition to the eponymous genus Odostomia, the genera in this subfamily include: Brachystomia, Jordaniella, Linopyrga, Liostomia, Megastomia, Noemiamea, and Ondina.

The subfamily Odostomiinae was introduced by P. Pelseneer, in 1928. It includes the Liostomini which is an informal name given to those genera which have an intorted protoconch. The rest of the genera however do not form a monophyletic group.

This is one of eleven currently recognised subfamilies of the very voluminous gastropod family Pyramidellidae: Odostomiinae, Turbonillinae, Chrysallidinae, Cingulininae, Cyclostremellinae, Sayellinae, Syrnolininae, Eulimellinae, Pyramidellinae, Odostomellinae and Tiberiinae.
