Vincent Gray is a New Zealand-based consultant who has published research on the physical and chemical properties of coal.[2][3] Gray has a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Cambridge University, England[citation needed].
Recently, Gray has called for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) to be abolished, claiming it is "fundamentally corrupt" due to his conclusion that for significant parts of the work of the IPCC, the data collection and scientific methods employed are unsound and that the IPCC resists to all efforts to try to discuss or rectify these problems.[1]
Vincent Gray is an inaugural founder of The New Zealand Climate Science Coalition.
