National Product

National Product is a rock band from Oahu, Hawaii.

History

National Product began playing local gigs while still in high school, and moved to California in 2000.[1] Soon afterwards, most of the members moved back home, leaving only lead singer Danny Casler in California; Casler later returned to Hawaii and reformed the group with a new lineup in 2003.[1] They played the Warped Tour in 2005.[1][2] In 2007, the group signed with R&M Artist Records, co run by Mark Mazzetti (formerly of A&M Records) signing NP as their "flagship group",[3] and toured Canada with Saosin, Poison the Well,[4] Panic Division, and Flight 409, where they survived a car crash.[5][6] Their album Luna was released on August 7, 2007, produced by James Paul Wisner (Underoath, Dashboard, Paramore ) [3] The lead single from the album, "Love Me", is receiving strong airplay on radio stations in Hawaii.[4]
