SpringCM is an enterprise content management company that provides an on-demand document management and workflow solution for businesses and other organizations. Its corporate headquarters is located in San Mateo, California, and the company maintains a regional office in Chicago, Illinois.
The current CEO is Dan Carmel.[2]
History
In January 2006, SpringCM made its debut on the Software as a Service marketplace as an offshoot product based heavily upon a document sharing and compliance utility constructed for ChemCentral. SpringCM received $8 million in foundation capital from Silicon Valley-based investment capital firm Foundation Capital in third-quarter 2006, bringing the total amount of investment capital raised to $10 million USD.[3]
In March 2007, SpringCM introduced SpringCM for Salesforce.com through the Salesforce.com AppExchange.[4] Stratus Technologies announced that it chose SpringCM for contract negotiations approval in September 2007.[5]

Partnerships
Fujitsu - November 7, 2006 - The partnership between SpringCM and Fujitsu enables users to scan documents via any Fujitsu workgroup, department, or production scanner then upload the documents directly to SpringCM.
WebEx - October 10, 2006 - WebEx and SpringCM announce a partnership whereby SpringCM will be integrated into the WebEx Connect partner grid.[7] [8]
