Please do not add copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to Ana Palacio. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Some sentences look awfully familiar to http://icsid.worldbank.org's biography. I am reverting your changes because you are also destroying the work of others by replacing the article by your version. Please consider improving the article by adding information, but removing it and adding a bullet point list is not how we do things here.
