I won't act on the CSD tag, but do be aware that what you listed this time is still not a criterion, and it will be up to the reviewing admin whether or not to assume it is a copyvio based on their history. I'm even listed as an admin down in the page categories; I guess he didn't notice that. I was willing to work with him, up until the point he made the personal attack.
