On May 27, 2008, John Carmichael was videotaped by a group of young persons from the Internet activist group Anonymous demonstrating against the Church of Scientology NY on 42nd Street and Broadway[3]. During the confrontation, John Carmichael was recorded on video uttering a number of obscenities at the demonstrators and caught further on video stalking the persons after the demonstration had concluded.
