Matthew Carnahan (born 1961) is an American producer, writer and director, who wrote and produced the TV series Fastlane (2002) and Thieves (2001). He has also written a book, Serpent Girl (2005).
Carnahan studied at New York University as well as the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre.
He has a daughter with Helen Hunt, Måkena lei Gordon Carnahan (born 2004). He also has a son, Emmett.
