Fautor is a genus of small sea snails, marine gastropod molluscs in the family Trochidae, the top shells.

Distribution

This genus is found in south eastern Australia, and New Zealand including the Kermadec Islands.

Description

The shells are small, narrow, with a tall spire and strongly sculptured post-nuclear whorls.
