Both the piers serving the route in Hong Kong and Macau are called Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Pier. The one in Hong Kong is located in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong Island, and Macao's is located on Macau Peninsula, near the reservoir.

Both piers feature heliports, providing an alternative other than Turbojet to travellers.
