::Should have mentioned this: I was looking at Euro, comparing the Pre-2004 EU members section with the table that follows. Particularly the words "The EU has made it clear that it will tolerate this with respect to Sweden" imply (or may be interpreted to imply) that Sweden is not on any kind of track towards the adoption of the euro. Of course, you and I have noticed that the particular words are marked with "citation needed" for some time. I would not be opposed dropping the dubious sentence altogether. -- Iterator12n <font color="Blue"><span style="font-size: 0.8em;">Talk </span></font> 05:49, 26 December 2008 (UTC) (I'm off now. Will look at your comment below tomorrow.)

:::Actually, I just marked it in Enlargement of the Eurozone, so let's leave it for a while, I am sure it will be removed soon. I will check Euro, if it is some time as you mentioned, I will be removing it. Regardless, I am planning to come with more substantial facts soon (I hope). Thanks for bringing this up. Coins Coins Coins

I find your love of the Euro absolutely hilarious. Top quality work on the articles you've worked on; especially the Belgium Euro FA! Sillyfolkboy (talk) 20:10, 13 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the compliments, we do need people to help us out with the other articles of the other countries. Do you want to ship in? Where are you from? Miguel.mateo (talk) 01:02, 14 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No Euros for us in England! Yet... It will be interesting to see if the Pound Sterling is going to hit the same level as the Euro at some point though! Sillyfolkboy (talk) 03:57, 14 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well, I am not from the EU either, actually not even from Europe ;) That should not stop us from putting the euro coins information together :) I do hope that England changes to the euro some day. Miguel.mateo (talk) 04:07, 14 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Euro and Sweden

With all due respect for the good work you do on this article, the table that you just changed may now be held in contradiction with the Pre-2004 EU members section. It appears Sweden is not on any track etc. Cheers. -- Iterator12n Talk 17:50, 25 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Are you talking about Eurozone? Where exactly so I can take a look? The article must be incorrect. Sweden has to be on track to adopt the euro, they have no choice, they will have to adopt it; the fact that they are exploiting the wholes in the system not to adopt does not change that. UK and Denmark is a different story, they can decide if they want to adopt it or not. Denmark is already pegged, that is why they are in the template. We better bring this conversation to the article's talk page, I do have strong opinions about it, but I can be wrong of course. Cheers, Miguel.mateo (talk) 22:49, 25 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, I just marked it in Enlargement of the Eurozone, so let's leave it for a while, I am sure it will be removed soon.
