Buildings
Deyes High School has 6 buildings in it's grounds. The buildings are the Lydiate Building, the Molyneux Building, the Unsworth Building, the Sefton Building, the Allen Building and the Blundell building. The Lydiate Building is the oldest building and back during World War 2 it was a hospital for the sick. The Sefton Building is split into 3 parts the new part teaching RE and History, the older part connected to the new half by a bridge platform which has Geography and the 2 science rooms. The Unsworth Building is the largest building by the area it covers. The Unsworth Building teachers Performing Arts (Drama and Dance), ICT, PE, Music and it includes the school hall and the swimming pool. The swimming pool building is set for demolition once the Maghull Central Swimming Pool is built.
Regeneration
It was on 10th September 2008 that there are some plans to completely demolish the entire school site. But it is planned that the Molyneux Building will be demolished first. Also the school may get a new form of school transportation which other schools don't have.
