Neologisms are words and terms that have recently been "coined" and generally do not appear in any dictionary.

Wikipedia does not accept fan-made neologisms unless they have realistic evidence of existence via search engine hits (e.g. Google). Sometimes, experienced grammarians who know the meanings of prefixes, infixes, suffixes, and other -fix words might make articles about those words. In some cases, unofficial English language words can have 1000+ hits on Google.

In many cases, neologisms get deleted. In this case, it could be speedy deletion, articles for deletion, etc.
