In arithmetic, the product of two or numbers can be found using multiplication. The order in which numbers are multiplied has no bearing on the product, which is the result of such multiplication.
In business, a product is something produced (often mass produced) for commercial sale. Products are typically contrasted with services. If only we had an economist or business school grad to tell us a thing or two about products in general...
