Deluxe Corporation (NYSEDLX) is one of the three largest check producers and providers of checks in North America.

Founded in 1915 by W.R. Hotchkiss in Saint Paul, Minnesota, Deluxe is now a $1.6 billion company with locations in more than 30 communities across the United States and Canada.[citation needed]

Deluxe and its subsidiary brands including NEBS, McBee and Checks Unlimited are organized into three business segments:

  • Deluxe Financial Services-serving banks and credit unions
  • Deluxe Small Business Services-serving small businesses
  • Direct Checks-producing and delivering checks directly to consumers

The Chief Executive Officer, as of 2006, is Lee Schram.

Acquisition of Hostopia.com

In June 2008, Deluxe Corporation agreed to acquire Hostopia.com Inc, a web hosting company.[1]
