Very valid point. (Useless fact: the Vancouver in Washington State would have become B.C.'s second Vancouver if B.C.'s original wish of putting the border along the Columbia River was granted). I think this article name is a real problem, there is a Captain Vancouver, who deserves an entry, and there is also a Vancouver in Washington State (not nearly as pleasant and interesting as the one in B.C., but not to be overlooked).
The article should be titled Vancouver, B.C. I think.
