Template:Future arena The Independence Events Center is a description of a 5,800-seat multi-purpose arena in currently being built in Independence, Missouri, United States, a suburb of Kansas City. It is due to be open in November 2009. Once completed, it will host the home games of an expansion team in the Central Hockey League. The center will host more than 100 events every year, with a very large spectrum of it's events including: trade shows, professional sporting events, festivals, community events, concerts and it's primary tenant Independence Pro Hockey.
