Queen's Blade: Rurō no Senshi (クイーンズブレイド 流浪の戦士) is the anime adaptation of the Queen's Blade visual combat books. The anime is produced by ARMS Corporation. This anime premiered on April 2, 2009, and aired every Thursday in Japan night until June 18, 2009.[1] The series contains 12 episodes in the first season, with a second season being planned. The show aired uncensored on AT-X, and is heavily censored on a few other channels which also air it. The DVD will contain full uncut versions of the episodes, including six new OVAs to be included with each DVD volume. [2]
