They produce both Vodka and Gin in finely crafted artisanal quantities of a few hundred bottles at a time, typically using the front part of the run (closer to the heads) for their creamy vodka, and the lower part (closer to the tails) for a gin. The gin, on tasting, has a pronounced juniper "snap" - very much the intention of the Sipsmith team, to cut through tonic water. |
