Trevor Lissauer |
---|
Trevor Lissauer (born October 29 1973 in Dallas, Texas) is an American actor and musician. He is best known for his role as Miles Goodman in the sitcom Sabrina, the Teenage Witch. He is the lead singer of the band The Glass Plastiks.
Career
Acting
Lissauer began his acting career in 1993. He is best known for playing Miles Goodman on the sitcom Sabrina, the Teenage Witch from 2000 to 2002.
He created and starred in a TV pilot in 2006 called Libby & Will with Kiff Scholl, and the pair went on to create the sketch comedy group Princes of Oblivion in 2008 along with Greg Kudanovych and Mathew Turbak.[1]
His most recent appearance in a film will be in the 2009 comedy American Cowslip, featuring Val Kilmer and Rip Torn.
Music
Lissauer has released two albums on his own to date; his first, self-titled, in 2001, and his second, Transit Plaza, in 2003. He decided that the band he was playing with, made up of Keith Tenenbaum and Barry Whittaker, should have a name and titled them The Glass Plastiks. For a brief time the group were known as Trevor Lissauer and The Glass Plastiks, however no music was released under this name. Eventually, Lissauer felt that the band and himself were contributing equally, and he asked to join The Glass Plastiks.[2] Today, Lissauer, Tenenbaum, Dimitrios Farougias and Chris Null make up The Glass Plastiks, and this line up released Time to Exist on July 16, 2008.[3]
Music from the band has been featured in the TV show Nip/Tuck and the DVD release of Party of Five.
