He is the son of very famous actor "Mega Star" Chiranjeevi and Surekha, Grandson of Allu Ramalingaih and the nephew of actors Nagendra Babu and "Power Star" Pawan Kalyan. He has two sisters Sushmita (elder) and Srija (younger), the same girl who ran away from her home. His cousin "Stylish Star" Allu Arjun is also a Tollywood actor.
