Stevie Appleton

Steve Appleton (born 1989 in Surrey, United Kingdom) is a British singer, songwriter and producer.

From the age of fifteen, Steve began playing piano in a Soho restaurant performing his own material and covers from the likes of Elton John to Billy Joel. He was signed to RCA Label Group in mid 2007 after which he disappeared for a month before finishing his debut.

Since then Steve has furthered his travels with publicity shoots in Miami and LA and a trip to Cape Town where the video for "Dirty Funk" was filmed with director Robert Hales. In the last year he has also performed alongside the likes of John Legend, The Saturdays and The Twang along with headlining his own gigs up and down the country from Glasgow to London. This summer he will be performing at Hard Rock Calling in Hyde Park along with numerous other festivals and headline shows.

Steve Appleton's debut single Dirty Funk will be released on April 17th followed by a second single and his debut album on 3rd August.

His first album (When the Sun Comes Up) was released on the 31st of July 2009 in Japan, and on the 31st of August 2009 in the UK.
