Randolph Rutherford Heflin (September 11, 1918 - August 17, 1999) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball who played from 1945 through 1946 for the Boston Red Sox. Listed at 6' 0", 185 lb., Heflin batted left-handed and threw right-handed. He was born in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

In a two-season career, Heflin posted a 4-11 record with 45 strikeouts and a 3.86 ERA in 25 appearances, including 15 starts, six complete games, six games finished and 11⅔ innings of work.

Heflin died in his homeland of Fredericksburg, Virginia at age 80.
