Jason Karaban (born January 15, 1980) is an American Singer-songwriter and Rock musician living in Los Angeles, California. Karaban began his music career in Philadelphia with bands Dragstrip Courage and Grand[1][2] before moving to Los Angeles in 2003.[3] Along with vocals, Karaban plays acoustic, 12-string and electric guitar, bass guitar, keyboards, piano, drums and other percussion instruments, xylophone, mellotron and stylophone. He has released four critically acclaimed albums.[4][5] Karaban has had a number of songs featured in film and television shows, and earns his income primarily from the licensing of synchronization rights to those media. [6] Over the course of his career, Karaban has collaborated with notable musicians including Ivan Neville , Ani DiFranco, David Immergluck (Cracker), Pete Thomas (The Attractions). [7]

Critical response
