Orianthi

Orianthi (born Orianthi Panagaris 22 January 1985) is an Australian Musician, singer-songwriter and guitarist. She is perhaps best known for being Michael Jackson's lead guitarist for his ill-fated This Is It concert series. Her debut single "According to You" has peaked at No. 8 in Australia and No. 17 in the US; her sophomore album, Believe, received a worldwide release in late 2009.

Life and career

Orianthi Panagaris was born in Adelaide, South Australia, and is of Greek and Australian descent.

Her song "According to You" appears as downloadable content on the video game Rock Band.

Her song "Suffocated" appears on the video game Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock.

She has stated that the people she has collaborated with (i.e. Allison Iraheta and Lacey Mosley) are some of her best friends.

She is working on a new album and has said it is to be harder rock than the last.[3]
