Since Jimmy is very persistent and forces his way into the hotel room where Lulu lives, she calls the police and they arrest him and Mary and take them to jail. |

Jimmy is released from prison and happy to be free he decides on a whim to marry his girlfriend Mary Mulvaney ([[Frances Gifford]]). He also tries to find Lulu to repossess both the radio and the jewels, but doscovers that Lulu has moved. |

Miles is caught and tied up, while both Lulu and Steve are put in the trunk of a car. The Duke and hus men rummage trhough the house to find the jewels, but are interrupted by Jommy, coming for the radio. The Duke gives Jimmy the radio to get rid of him. Jimmy finds the missing jewels inside the radio and sees the car parked outside the house. The car happens to be on his list of items to repossess, so he tells Mary to drive away in his car, while he takes this one back to the company. The Duke sees Jimmy take he car, and a wild car case ensues, ending with the police stopping both vehicles. Plot
