"Talk Dirty" Was a Single by John Entwistle, Bassist for English Rock Band The Who, The song is on John Entwistle's fifth solo album (And his most Successfull as well as his final album to chart in the United States[citation needed] Too Late the Hero on which he is joined by Lead Guitarist Joe Walsh (who was a member of three commercially successful bands such as The James Gang, Barnstorm, and The Eagles). and he also joined by drummer Joe Vitale (who had a career dating back to the early 1970's).
The song received airplay in the United States on the album-oriented rock radio, and John Entwistle had an Interview (On the radio station) in 1987 with Howard Stern about the song.[1][better source needed] [2] It later proved to become Entwistle's highest charting single release, peaking at #41 in the Billboard Mainstream rock charts.[3]
The song is also found on John Entwistle's Compilation album So Who's the Bass Player? The Ox Anthology.
