Monica Galetti (born 1975/1976)^[1]is the senior sous-chef at Le Gavroche^[2]^[3] in London where she has worked since 1999, and is one of the presenters of MasterChef: The Professionals^[4] as well as other food-related television programmes. She was born in Western Samoa and brought up in New Zealand.^[5]]

She is married to French-born sommelier, David Galetti, and they have a daughter, Anais.
