SAO appears to have complained that [[MIT Crime Club]] committed a section 90 false-claim offense. ASA published the complaint but not the decision. Complaint

1. Around October 7, 2011, Student Activities submitted a complaint to the general counsel. SAO appears to have complained that MIT Crime Club committed a section 90 false-claim offense. ASA published the complaint but not the decision. Do you know whether Student Activities lost?
