Initiating closure of AI per RFC

The following steps need to be taken to complete the closure of AI and mark it as historical -

Move all draft articles to Draftspace - Done
Mark AI as historical
Move any content relevant to Draftspace - Done
Mark all AI subpages as historical - Done
Modify/delete any templates related to AI as appropriate. See Wikipedia:Article_Incubator/templates

Please add any steps necessary that should be done.

Also, ping User:Kudpung and User:Davidwr.
