The horizontal layout presents problems for mobile view amongst other issues. It's better to capitalize on vertical space with the vertical layout. And there's no issue with splitting up the caption between the images. Now adhere to [[WP:BRD]]. You made a bold edit switching to the horizontal layout. I reverted you.
