Danuse Zdeňková was born on 05.07 1976 in [[Šumperk, Czech Republic]]. She was a regular World Championship and European Championships participant in judo. In her Sambo career, she lost only one fight by penalization. In 2004, she became coach of Czech's National Team and remained at this position for two years. In 2005, she became Vice President of Czech's Sambo Federation. Under her guidance, the Czech National Team was the most successful in history. It was a Czech women sambo, which at that time experienced greatest international achievements.
Besides being National Team Coach, Danuse Zdeňková also successfully represented the Czech sambo in the world.
Her top achievements led her to be recognized as International Master of Sport Sambo:

Zdeňková represented the Czech Republic at the international level since junior category at weight category -63 kg. She received the highest award in 2003, when she was named Judoka of the Year, the prestigious event, where top press, sport and political personalities give their votes for their favorite sport personality.[2] In the spring of 2004, she also tried the sport Sambo, in which, due to its similarity with judo, her opponents were regularly defeated. In her Sambo career, she lost only one fight by penalization. In 2004, she became coach of Czech's National Team and remained at this position for two years.
