Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made to Gay Street (Knoxville): you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. Just saying, I have warned the IP (96.4.107.48) for you, but keep that in mind. Don't auto-modify User_talk pages!

Please don't fiddle with templates!

You modified an "unsigned" template on my talk page this morning, which didn't need modifying: I'd already marked myself as unsigned - if it ain't broke, don't fix it! Reverted to previous version. Thanks. What does the Fish say? | Woof! 13:18, 8 September 2015 (UTC)

(reply to both topics) My bad; it seems that I was too zealous in substituting transclusions of the unsigned template (as that is the practice at other wikis that I edit). I'll try to avoid doing this in the future. -Sonicwave ^(talk|c) 03:33, 9 September 2015 (UTC)

Makes sense. Such edits are generally well-regarded in the main, article namespace -- but not on User_talk pages (mainly because any edit to a User_talk page causes a notification, and that's overkill (and confusing) for a mere inlining or typo fix).
