You've had an account for 15 days and you've made 58 edits. Please don't get into an argument without really good cause with an editor who's been here for over 10 years and has over 170 thousand edits. Believe me, I know the ropes, and I know what I'm doing. If you've been editing over 10 years, then you should know that an article refimprove template belongs at the top of an article, not in the references section. According to the history of the Sutro Baths article, that template was properly placed at the top of the article in March 2014. In March 2015, you inexplicably relocated it to the references section. As I explained in my most recent edit summary, MOS:LAYOUT says that article maintenance templates should be placed at the start of the article. I see that you've been blocked from editing mutliple times for edit warring, so I wouldn't want to see it happen again to you over a standard procedural issue like this. 	::And you should learn that (1) MOS is '''''not''''' mandatory, it is a '''''<u>guideline</u>''''' only, (2) The Arbitration Committee has expressed in strong terms that edit warring to enforce a non-mandatory guideline is disruptive behavior and (3) the documentation for the template says "There is currently no consensus on where in the article to place this template". If you have a problem with where I've put the template, then express your reservations on the article's talk page. Edit-warring to enforce a guideline is not immune from 3RR.
