Knyaz Zabergan (550–560) was a Bulgarian Kutrigur Huns ruler.[1] Either under orders, or in revolt from them, he led the Kutrigur Bulgarians Huns in attacks against the Byzantine Empire's northern frontier in 559. Either way, after him, the Avar Knyaz Bat Bayan ruled the Kutrigur Bulgar Huns.

It is not clear if he was Zabergan who defended the Persian fortress at Chlomaron (Armenia) from the generals of Emperor Maurice in 586. The origin of the name is probably Iranian.[2]
