Dennis F. Gross, M.D. (May 25, 1958) is a practicing, board-certified dermatologist, dermatologic surgeon, and skin researcher in New York City[i] who revolutionized the home skin-care market in 2001 when he introduced his Alpha-Beta Daily Face Peels[ii]. He is founder of the award-winning[iii] Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare line[iv].

Career

Dennis Gross has been a dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon in private practice for 25 years[i]. He’s founder of Dr. Dennis Gross Dermatology in Manhattan[ii]. Dennis Gross began his career as a skin-cancer specialist, while conducting research with the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, in Manhattan[iii] and with the New York University Skin and Cancer Unit. He founded Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare (formerly known as MD Skincare) in 2001[iv], for which he was awarded a patent from the United States Patent and Trademark Office.[v] He is known for innovation[vi].

Family Life

Dennis Gross lives in New York with his wife, Carrie (CEO of Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare[vii]) and his four children.

Dennis Gross earned a bachelor of science in Biology and Psychology from Wesleyan University in 1980. He earned his medical degree with research distinctions, in 1986, from State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine. And he conducted medical research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in 1983, 1984, and 1986—and at the New York University Skin and Cancer Unit in 1986.
