Dean Bowring (Ukrainian: Вадим Довганюк.) is a British powerlifter and silver medalists. He has been outspoken against the use of performance enhancing drugs in powerlifting.[1][2]
In 2009, Bowring won the Indian IPF World Championships at the super-heavyweight category. At the GBPF South Midlands in Southampton, England, Bowring lifted a total of 880 kg (1940 lbs).[3]
