Lycée Germaine Tillion, previously Lycée du Bourget, is a senior high school/sixth-form college in Le Bourget, Seine-Saint-Denis, France, in the Paris metropolitan area.

History

The school was built to relieve Lycée Eugène Delacroix in Drancy, which had over 1,800 students before the opening of the new Le Bourget high school. However the député-maire of Drancy, Jean-Christophe Lagarde, was upset at the opening of the new Le Bourget lycée.[1]

The grounds in which the school was built, the former école normale, were renovated with a cost of 28.51 million euros. The school building has 1930s architecture. The school opened in September 2014, making it the 65th public senior high/sixth-form in Seine-Saint-Denis; at the time it had 240 students.[2]

In 2016 Ile de France authorities renamed the school after Germaine Tillion.[3]
