Unfinished ships don't generally get articles, this is longstanding practice - there's really nothing about the ship that can be said that isn't already in the class article

The SMS Württemberg was the fourth ship of the Bayern and the last battleship constructed by the Imperial German Navy. Like her sister ship, SMS Sachsen, SMS Württemberg was not completed when she was launched. She was scrapped in 1921 as she by far exceeded the limitations placed on the Kriegsmarine by the Treaty of Versailles.

Construction
On August 12, 1914, a few days after the First World War broke out, Hamburg shipyard AG Vulcan received the contract to construct the SMS Württemberg for a sum of about 49,000,000 Gold Marks. Construction of the awesome vessel was slow at best due to wartime shortages of men and material, despite the reuse of materials such as a spare keel from the SMS Kaiser Wilhelm II. The ship was finally launched and christened the V by the Duke of Württemberg, despite the current service of the older Ironclad vessel by the same name as a torpedo training vessel at the same time. Further construction on the ship remained slow and finally ground to after the war had ended, and so was discontinued twelve months before completion.
