History
TUOMO IBE: Short History of Origins The Tuomo are situated in present day Delta State. On the present Tuomo, the town has three quarters namely Fukunor, Akerebunor or Egbonware and Ekeremobiri. apart from its quarters there are several other towns which came as a result from people who left the Town to camp somewhere to fish or trade. such towns includes Ogbobagbene Community, Tebegbe Town, Bolu Tebegbe community, Tamigbe Town, Bolu Tamigbe community and Torugbene Town make the Tuomo Clan.
Democracy
The People of tuomo arrange chairman ship election yearly, apart from The highness commonly known as Amayenabor who stays in post for four years the rest are one year each.
