Ruth Gaviria is a Columbian businesswoman.[1] She is known as the first chief marketing officer of the American media company Entercom[2] and former executive vice president of corporate marketing at the Spanish-language broadcast television network Univision.[3] She has been recognized by Fast Company and AdAge as one of the "Top 100 Most Creative People in Business"[4] and "Top Women to Watch",[5] respectively, and is a board member for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.[6] Gaviria was also the director of marketing for People en Español[7] and developed the lifestyle magazine, Siempre Mujer.[8]
