Jorge Diaz (born November 15, 1973 in New York, New York) is a former American football offensive tackle in the National Football League for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at Texas A&M-Kingsville.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Diaz was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after the 1996 NFL Draft on April 22.[1] He made the roster after passing Stephen Ingram on the depth chart. He started 6 games as a rookie at left guard, after Jim Pyne suffered a sprained ankle and allowed only 1.5 sacks.[2]
In 1997, he became a regular starter at right guard. He was a part of a rushing attack that included running backs Mike Alstott and Warrick Dunn. He was waived on March 17, 2000.[3]
Dallas Cowboys
Diaz also played one year for the Dallas Cowboys in the 2000 season. He was released on March 1, 2001.[4]
Tampa Bay Storm (AFL)
On October 30, 2003, he was signed by the Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena Football League. February 2, 2004, he was placed on the injured reserve list. On March 19, he was placed on the injured reserve list. He was waived on April 14.[5]

On April 27, 2004, he was signed by the Austin Wranglers of the Arena Football League.[6]
Personal life
