As the temple is dedicated to the self-formed Buddha statue of Qu Gu, it’s called Qugu Monastery. It’s in the Purang County of Ngari Prefecture and was built by the meditator of Nie Bo. There are many sacred attractions around this monastery, such as Nairobi conch on the rock, Ji Dung Spring Water, Elephant reclusive cave, Ding Ji zun pagoda and so on.
