Antonia Bolingbroke-Kent (born 1978) is a British travel author and film producer.

Education and career

Antonia Bolingbroke-Kent studied Modern History at the University of Edinburgh, before she began to work for the broadcaster ITV.

In 2006 she travelled with her friend Jo Huxster 12.561 miles (or 12.783 miles[1]) with an auto rickshaw from Bangkok to Brighton. The pink vehicle called "Ting Tong" was made by Expertise in Thailand. With this trip that lasted 98 days they could collect 50.000 GBP Mind and set a Guinness World Record for the longest journey ever with an auto rickshaw. Bolingbroke-Kent and Huxster were also awarded the Fun Fearless Female Award of Cosmopolitan for this adventure.

With her features and films Bolingbroke-Kent has specialised on exotic destinations and topics. Her book Land of the dawn-lit mountains: a journey across Arunachal Pradesh - India's forgotten frontier was nominated for the Edward Stanford Travel Writing Awards in 2018.[2]

Bolingbroke-Kent lives ln Bristol.[3]
