Day of the Figurines is a pervasive game by Blast Theory. Day of the Figurines was built on the EQUIP architecture.[1]

"Day Of The Figurines is a massively multiplayer game for text messaging, set in a fictional town that is littered, dark and underpinned with steady decay."[2] The project was funded by the European Commission's IST Programme. It was first tested in the spring and summer of 2005. It was produced in collaboration with Nottingham University's Mixed Reality Lab and Sony Net Services.[3]
