NTV Akawungeezi is an NTV Uganda's news bulletin programme which is anchored in Luganda language. It is one of the most watched Television programmes in Uganda. It is always aired everyday of the week, with different news anchors like Faridah Nakazibwe, Frank Walusimbi, Patrick Mukasa and news reporters like Solomon Kaweesa and Joyce Baggala.[1]
It is well known that Luganda as a language is the most understood language in Uganda, and now NTV Uganda mastered how to report the Luganda news bulletin with all the quality attributes of their reporters, without making noise, but reporting with calmness and with facts, and being smart while reporting.[2]
