Powelliphanta lignaria oconnori is a large rare terrestrial mollusc in the family Rhytididae, endemic to the South Island of New Zealand. It is only found around the headwaters of the Leslie River, a tributary of the Karamea River.
The ground colour is cinnamon-brown, crossed by comparatively few narrow dark sepia stripes.
Major diameter is up to 51 mm, and height up to 42 mm.
Powelliphanta lignaria oconnori is classified by the New Zealand Department of Conservation as being Nationally Vulnerable.
