tsMuxeR is a muxer and demuxer for MPEG video. It is used to multiplex audio and video streams into various container formats, including MPEG transport stream, AVCHD and ISO for Blu-ray. The program was proprietary freeware and was abandoned since 2014, until it was released under the Apache license on July 23, 2019. tsMuxeR is the only open source application that can mux Blu-ray video.
