The Foolish Wise Man (Stage Play) The Foolish Wise Man (Stage Play) is the name of a stage play that was staged at the Bihar Natak Academy, Patna, between 12 June 2001 - 3 July 2001. The play is a rather comical take on the life in Bihar as existed in 2001 under the rule of the then Bihar Chief Minister M/s Rabri Devi, and how the it was best to keep a low public profile, how those who appeared foolish before the public are actually the wisest of all. The stand out feature of the play was that it was written by a 15 year old, and was ironically first staged in the presence of the then Chief Minister Rabri Devi, and her husband Mr. Laloo Prasad Yadav.
